How to Host a Pie Decorating Party with Friends!
The weather has just started to turn down here in Florida and we are celebrating everything Fall with the windows open and the oven on! Baking and indulging on our favorite fall treats is a must and what better way to enjoy them than with friends <3 Grab your culinary creatives and host a pie decorating party with our adorable pie party tips!
Continuing the obsession with colorful envelopes, this green euro flap set is so delicious for any season. I LOVE a good envelope liner and this apple and leaf print is so stinkin’ sweet!
Greet your guests with the cutest Apple Pie Shooters, ever!!
We made these with the leftover pie filling and the following ingredients: *The Mini Moscow Mules are from Target 😉
Apple juice
Vodka (make as strong as you desire)
Cinnamon (Sprinkle on top)
For an extra adorable appetizer, try these micro apple pie bites! It’s so fun to decorate in miniature. Just use a mini muffin pan as your mold! Tip: chop the apples to small bits for the filling of these tiny pies and keep the crust thin for a better crust to filling ratio. How cute!? What I love most about this party is that you can make it as easy or hard for yourself as you have time (or patience) for. Make your own crust or buy store bought but be sure to have all the leg work out of the way before your party starts. These 6 inch pie dishes are the perfect size for place settings and a more manageable size for group decorating! One pie crust will cover a 6″ pie dish with leftover dough for decorating the tops. I had two pie crusts on hand for each guest to be sure we had enough. These pie crust stamps are my absolute favorite, get your own set here! Place setting flatware and cookie cutters are excellent tools as well. Get creative, have fun, bake, and enjoy!!
