Ingredients
Fresh Sourdough Bread, Sliced & Toasted
Goat Cheese
Vine Ripe Tomatoes
Fresh Basil
Fresh Ground Salt & Pepper
Balsamic Glaze
Instructions
Slice and toast a fresh loaf of sourdough bread to get an extra crispy crumb. Spread a generous layer of goat cheese on one side of each slice and top with tomatoes, basil, and a light dusting of salt & pepper. Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze and serve warm!
