Holiday Dinner Party Styling
with a totally free evergreen table runner!

Whether you are planning a dinner party with friends or find yourself hosting a last-minute shindig, these holiday styled ideas are super easy and budget friendly!

This DIY table runner is a personal favorite year after year.  Not only is it pretty, it smells like Christmas and it’s TOTALLY FREE and fun to make!  Stop by any Christmas tree farm/shop and grab a few branch clippings from their trash pile.  For this 8 foot table garland, I used just one large branch. All you’ll need is floral wire and garden clippers.  Start by preparing a pile of small branches leaving a few inches of stem on each clipping.  Layer the branches covering the stems and emptier spaces with plenty of wire. Once it’s on the table, you can decorate it with anything you like!  I used a mixture of walnuts and gold ornaments. These plain white plates are also budget-friendly and the perfect item to have in case of larger parties at just $12 for a set of 6.  Never serve on paper plates again 🙂

Head to target for these Hearth & Hand Napkins and Gold Flatware.  And Pier One for the gold rimmed glassware.I keep old name tags in a folder and bring them back out for last-minute styling nights.  These gold foil on vellum cards go with just about anything! You can see more of my home during the holidays over on Instagram!  Come say hi to me over there!  And happy hosting!
