Baked Salmon, 4 Ways!

If you are looking for something new and easy to add you to your weekly dinner routine, check out these 4 simple ways to put together a healthy salmon dinner! Baked in tin foil, these combinations are healthy, delicious, and easy to clean up. Pair it with rice or potatoes if you need to add a carbohydrate, or serve them just as they are especially if you are on a low carb diet! Quick tip, your oven baking times will vary depending on your oven and thickness of your salmon filet. So check your salmon often to see if it’s cooked through.

Baked Salmon, 4 Ways!

Lemon Butter & Rosemary Salmon with Green Beans

5-8 oz Salmon Filet
1 Lemon, Sliced
3 Tbl Unsalted Butter
1 Stem Fresh Rosemary
2 Cups Fresh Green Beans
Salt & Pepper

In a piece of tin foil, add green beans and salmon. Top salmon with 3 Tbl Unsalted Butter cut into pieces, a few lemon slices, and fresh rosemary. Add salt and pepper to taste. Close the tin foil and bake on a baking pan for 30 minutes at 400F or until the center is cooked through and pink.

BBQ Salmon with Mushrooms

5-8 oz Salmon Filet
1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup BBQ Sauce

In a piece of tin foil, add mushrooms and salmon. Generously top your salmon with your favorite BBQ sauce. Close the tin foil and bake on a baking pan for 30 minutes at 400F or until the center is cooked through and pink.

Mango Salsa Salmon with Asparagus

5-8 oz Salmon Filet
5-7 Asparagus
1 Mango, diced
1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, chopped
½ cup chopped red onion
¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
¼ cup lime juice
Salt & Pepper

In a bowl, stir together all ingredients except the salmon and asparagus. In a piece of tin foil, add asparagus and salmon. Generously top your salmon with half the salsa mixture. Close the tin foil and bake on a baking pan for 30 minutes at 400F or until the center is cooked through and pink. Serve topped with more fresh cold mango salsa.

Miso Salmon with Snap Peas

5-8 oz Salmon Filet
1 cup Snap Peas
1/2 Cup Miso Paste
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
2 Tbl Brown Sugar
1/2 Tsp Sesame Oil
1/2 Tsp Minced Garlic

In a bowl, mix all ingredients except the salmon and snap peas. In a piece of tin foil, add fresh snap peas and salmon. Generously glaze your salmon with a little extra to coat the snap peas. Close the tin foil and bake on a baking pan for 30 minutes at 400F or until the center is cooked through and pink.
