Mango Salsa Tacos

For this recipe, I brown ground turkey with salt, pepper, cumin, red pepper, and chili powder. Use more or less of these ingredients to achieve your spicy level of happiness! For the mango salsa, I simply add chopped mango to my corn and bean salsa (see below for recipe). Corn & Bean Salsa

2 large tomatoes, chopped
1/2 large onion, chopped
1 can black beans, drained
1 can sweet whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 jalapeno pepper chopped
1/2 tbsp ground red pepper
salt, pepper for tasteFor pretty presentation, try using small plant pots as serving bowls!A simple place card to tuck under a plate with strips of thick cardstock and watercolor text to match your color scheme. For a healthy alternative, add lettuce wraps to your bar! Your health conscience friends will thank you!I love spicy lime chips for munching! They go so well with the salsa and guacamole.
