Gingerbread Design 2024

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! For this year’s Gingerbread design, I was inspired by pretty outdoor Ice Skating Plazas and Frosty the Snowman. You can order gelatin sheets and cut them with scissors! For the ice skating rink, I use isomalt sugar.

You can get my favorite royal icing recipe for the perfect gingerbread house glue and decorations in that same post! I also add buttercream decorations because I find it so easy to work with. The garland and bushes are all buttercream and sprinkles.
