How To Host A Wreath Building Party!

I’ve been wanting to put this party together for a long time!  I love this little white barn we have in town and I knew it would be the perfect backdrop for a wreath building, gathering table, style party.  I also knew where to get free greenery making this one of the most inexpensive parties I have ever hosted!  I enlisted my talented floral designing friend, Julie Miner Events to lead the wreath building process and everyone in attendance got to take home these adorable modern gold ring wreaths that they created!  My guest list for this event was full of local bloggers and influencers that I wanted to meet in real life…  You can find their super fun accounts on Instagram:

We started by moving a large table to the front of the barn and setting it with all the greenery we could find in the leftover clipping trash bins of local hardware store Christmas Tree Shops.  This makes a great runner for table styling AND we used it for our wreaths!  These gorgeous cookies were made just for us with the Sterling Stables barn in mind by my good friend, Pink Apron Confections.  Aren’t they perfect!?  I paired the barn and wreath cookies with Christmas Jars of milk for the classic milk and cookies holiday combo.

I also set the table with metal floral hoops which I found at a craft store for $3 each and then spray painted gold.  I then wrote out all of my attendees’ blogger names on white paper and cut them into scrolls for extra large name tags!  This was a super easy DIY using my projector, my favorite font, and a gold sharpie!  These super cute “Sleigh All Day” ornaments were provided by another Instagram friend, Happily Ever Etched!  I loved incorporating ornaments and pine cones in the greenery runner so they could dress up their creations even more.  Thank you to all these lovely ladies who joined us!! We had so much fun!
