Prancer’s Peppermintini
Makes: 2 drinks
Ingredients:
- 3 oz white chocolate liqueur
- 2 oz peppermint schnapps
- 2 oz half and half
- peppermint candy for the rim, crushed
Directions:
- On a small plate, add a layer of crushed peppermint.
- Wet the rims of two martini glasses and dip in the peppermint, set aside.
- To a cocktail shaker, add the chocolate liqueur, peppermint schnapps, and half and half. Cover and shake until well mixed. Strain into the prepared glasses and serve.
